The RO-MAN Conference will be held on the Kitakyushu International Convention Zone, located in Kitakyushu, Fukuoka, Japan
Kitakyushu International Convention Zone is directly connected to the Shinkansen exit of JR Kokura Station and is about a five-minute walk from the station. The area includes an international conference center, an exhibition hall, and several hotels. It is also accessible from Fukuoka Airport in approximately 30 minutes by subway and bullet train.
